Cancellation Refunds

Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, report it within 24 hours of service completion and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your SparkleHub account and go to My Bookings.
  2. Select the relevant booking and click Cancel or contact support.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
