1. About SparkleHub

SparkleHub is an online platform that allows customers to book professional cleaning services in Kenya. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SparkleHub website at sparklehub.co.ke and all related services. By creating an account or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

SparkleHub provides a booking platform for professional cleaning services including but not limited to house cleaning, deep cleaning, sofa & upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. All cleaning services are delivered by our employed and trained staff.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to place a booking. You may register with your email and password or sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use SparkleHub.

4. Bookings and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once you have paid the required deposit (typically 30% of the total price).
  • The remaining balance is due upon successful completion of the cleaning service.
  • Payments are processed via M-Pesa STK Push or debit/credit card through our secure payment partners.
  • Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may forfeit the deposit.
  • If SparkleHub cancels a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours of the service completion and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address and access information at the time of booking.
  • Ensure safe access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before the service.
  • Treat our staff with respect.

8. Limitation of Liability

SparkleHub's liability for any claim arising from a cleaning service is limited to the value of that booking. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loss of income, or indirect damages. We carry insurance for accidental damage caused by our staff during service delivery.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Kenya.
